CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As the Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist, you’ll be immersed in the daily process of running a luxury fashion brand. With a focus on our administrative activities, you will assist our Retail and Wholesale Managers to ensure we deliver quality products in a timely and friendly manner. You’ll be involved in all aspects of our business, including bookkeeping activities, purchasing, manufacturing, and more.

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing daily customer service, order processing, and administrative activities.
  • Sales orders and invoicing activities completed in QuickBooks.
  • Setting the standard for a superior level of customer service.

There are also specific duties unique to each aspect of the position:

Wholesale Account Management

  • Provide daily customer service, order processing, and administrative assistance.
  • Graciously handle service requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring customer needs are met and resolved quickly and efficiently.

Direct-to-Consumer Service

  • Assist customers in placing orders in-store, online, and over the phone—including offering style advice and helping to select complementary product offerings stocked in our Houston showroom.

Qualifications required:

Bachelor’s degree matched with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects and deadlines. This position is challenging but also rewarding. Our office staff is small with a team mentality, and we rely heavily on everyone to contribute both their expertise and ideas. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

STOREFRONT COORDINATOR

As the Storefront Coordinator, you will provide the highest level of customer service both in-store and over the phone. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about every aspect of our business, including purchasing, manufacturing, marketing, and customer sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing daily activities of operating a luxury boutique.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our merchandise and services.
  • Embodying our high standards for superior customer service.
  • Assisting with in-store inventories.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Uphold a positive and upbeat attitude both internally and externally.

There are also specific duties unique to each aspect of the position:

Direct-to-Consumer Service

  • Assist customers in placing orders in-store, online, and over the phone—including offering style advice and helping to select complementary product offerings stocked in our Houston showroom.
  • Establish, maintain, and build relationships with our direct customers.

Retail Buyer Assistance

  • Work directly with our Retail Buyer to create seasonal assortment plans.
  • Identify and share new opportunities, products, and concepts to help develop our brand, drive sales, and increase profits.
  • Coordinate and ensure a smooth flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with Store Manager to sort products, merchandising, and promotional plans in a compelling and commercially viable manner.
  • Consistently communicate with vendors and retail buyers to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and overall customer service.

Qualifications required:

  • Available to work some Saturdays during scheduled retail hours (10am-4pm). Each Saturday worked earns an additional paid day off.

As the Hamilton Intern, you’ll be immersed in the daily process of running a luxury fashion brand. Working primarily on the administrative side of the business, you will assist our entire team in ensuring that we deliver quality products in a timely and friendly manner. You’ll be involved in all aspects of our business including purchasing, manufacturing, marketing, sales, fashion merchandising, and more. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of all merchandise.
  • Performing daily customer service, order processing, and administrative activities.
  • Setting the standard for a superior level of customer service.
  • Staying informed about the latest market trends in the fashion industry.
  • Championing a positive and upbeat atmosphere internally and externally.

Qualifications required:

This position requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects and deadlines. This position is challenging, but also rewarding. Our office staff is small with a team mentality and we rely heavily on everyone to contribute both their expertise and ideas. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sincere desire to work with customers, retailers, and our other partners.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and QuickBooks.
