Hamilton Account Manager

As the hamilton account manager, you will be the face of our brand. You’ll work directly with our clients, stockists, and partners to provide the highest level of customer service.

With a strong emphasis placed on educating and guiding them through our products, you will work alongside our Retail and Wholesale managers to ensure that we 
deliver quality products in a timely and friendly manner. Additionally, you will be involved in all aspects of our business including purchasing, manufacturing, marketing, sales (retail & wholesale), fashion merchandising and more.

Responsibilities Include

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all merchandise.

Set the standard for a superior level of customer service.

Properly execute all relevant QuickBooks functions.

Stay informed about the latest market trends 
in the fashion industry.

Champion a positive and upbeat atmosphere 
internally and externally.

Specific Duties Unique to Each Aspect of the Position

Wholesale Account Management

Provide daily customer service, order processing and administrative assistance.

Establish, maintain and build relationships with wholesale buyers and sales associates.

Graciously handle service requests, inquiries and 
complaints, ensuring customer needs are met and 
resolved quickly and efficiently.

Assist with product development and press requests.

Direct-to-Consumer Service

Assist customers in placing orders in-store, online 
and over the phone—including offering style advice 
and helping to select complementary product offerings 
(e.g. tailored clothing, ties, watches, etc.) stocked in our Houston Showroom.

Establish, maintain & build relationships with 
our direct customers.

Retail Buyer Assistance

Work directly with our Retail Buyer to create 
seasonal assortment plans.

Identify and share new opportunities, products and concepts to help develop our brand, drive sales and increase profits.

Coordinate and ensure a smooth flow of 
merchandise to the sales floor.

Collaborate with Store Manager to sort products, merchandising and promotional plans in a compelling 
and commercially viable manner.

Consistently communicate with vendors and retail 
buyers to ensure timely delivery, quality standards 
and overall customer service.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree, coupled with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to manage projects and deadlines. This position is challenging, but also rewarding. Our office staff is small with a team mentality and we rely heavily on everyone to contribute their expertise and ideas.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sincere desire to work with customers, retailers and 
our other partners.

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, 
Excel and QuickBooks.

Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work Saturdays.
