Making boxes, folding paper & cutting cardboard collar supports for packaging.
Spot checking folded shirt orders to ensure they match the order details.
Coordinating repair orders with our shirt production team, as needed.
Receiving, overlooking and cataloging all received supplies.
Maintaining organization of supplies and materials (e.g. fabrics).
Conducting monthly factory inventories & overseeing trips to and from storage.
Performing fabric shrinkage tests.
Facilitating product deliveries, as needed.
Championing a positive, upbeat attitude & working environment.
First and foremost, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to manage projects and deadlines. This position is challenging, but also rewarding. Our office staff is small with a team mentality and we rely heavily on everyone to contribute their expertise and ideas.
Preferably bilingual (English & Spanish).
Willingness and ability to work 40+ hours if needed.
Clean criminal background check.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30–3:45. The position starts at $10/hour. After three months, the wage will increase to $11/hour and you will be eligible to enroll in both health insurance and 401K plans.
